We routinely send out questionnaires to our parents/carers and children to gain feedback from those who attend our Kids’ Club settings.
Here are some of the responses we received in our latest questionnaires from January 2025:
“The staff are outstanding. They have gotten to know my children so well that they know the very subtle signs when they are not themselves and will always let us know at pick up. I also think the variation in activities is fantastic. They are always doing something different and will get outdoors whenever possible. My boys particularly love getting involved with roles as representatives and this helps them in so many areas such as building confidence and building relationships with other children who are of a different age or capability, all things that they do not necessarily get in the class room.”
